What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48. Each customer will receive a tracking number so you know exactly where your goods are, from leaving our warehouse to getting to your chosen destination!

Do You Ship Internationally?

We're not quite setup for International shipping just yet, but we're working on being able to get the goods to all our friends overseas. We'll make sure to update you all when we can.

Can We Be Cheeky, Free Shipping?

Go on then, we'll throw in free shipping on orders over £40. Alternative postage options under this will be shown at checkout.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All the big guns of the payment world sit with us, from major credit/debit cards to Apple & Google pay. We've teamed up with PayPal and Klarna to help spread the cost of your goods too. A full list of accepted payment methods can be found at the bottom of this page.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We've chosen to build our online store with Shopify because of the security their systems offer. We're pretty sure you are in good hands and can enjoy a safe and secure visit to our website. Now go treat yourself :)

Orders & Returns

How Do I Return An Item?

We're sorry to hear our products didn't work out for you. We offer a full refund within 15 days of delivery. We can only offer returns on products that were purchased through our online store, and are in new condition and sealed. We do not refund the shipping charges and you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless we delivered incorrectly, or your item is faulty. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us at standard shipping. We will need you to photograph the damaged or incorrect goods All gift cards are final sales. To move forward with a return request, please email support at returns@thebeautycrew.co.uk with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Mischief & Tomfoolery

Please remember we're a company that people's livelihoods depend on. Buying and requesting a refund for the wrong reasons, claiming you haven't received your order when there is a clear certificate of receipt & other monkey business doesn't sit with us. If you're unsatisfied for whatever reason with your order we're more than happy to work with you to find a solution. Requesting a refund for dishonest reasons ain't cool with the crew.
