Precisely outline and define your lips with our luxuriously smooth pencils. These highly pigmented pencils easily glide on to create shape, define and fill in the lip. We have 12 stunning colours to choose from (check out the Colour & Bright range), that complement all our Liquid Velvet Lipsticks and Glosses. From our light nude “Venus” to our bright red “Jinx” there is a colour to suit any skin tone. Smooth formula. Highly pigmented. Stops lipsticks from bleeding and feathering. Long lasting.

How to Apply: With a sharpened pencil, carefully outline your lips to create shape and definition. You can also fill in your lips using this same pencil or opt to use a lipstick or gloss. To create the illusion of a fuller lip, slightly overline your lips by a ml or so, depending on your preference. To create the 90's 'Ombre' lip, use a darker lip liner than your lipstick / gloss.
